Polly’s gimmick is that she wants to be a housewife rooted in the 1950s regardless of what set of equipment you decide for her in the options.
The game doesn’t focus on either aspect to the point where it becomes intrusive. On that note, the whole “omg the game has a Muslim and a shemale” aspect is pretty meh. It’s not as though the game isn’t already grindy with the Hunie you’d need to farm on Normal difficulty, but my guess is that this would require more audio recordings and other developer resources. I think the game could have used a little more longevity if the pacing was set up better and you needed another date to convince the girls to be alright with the threesome aspect. Others, you get shit like Sarah going “OMG you have a mole” and Nora shrugging, “Fuck it let’s bang”. Some scenarios are explained well enough and aren’t bad for setting up classic porn tropes. I think the biggest problem with the sequel is the rush to get to the porn.
